These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website myweekdaybirth.com and any purchase of products from MyWeekDayBirth, operated by Crealt Sarl ("we", "us", "our").

2. Products

We offer personalized products based on the day of the week a person was born. Products may be intended for babies, children, or adults. Personalization is made according to the information you provide (for example, first name and date of birth).

3. Right of Withdrawal — Personalized Products

As a Swiss company, Swiss law does not grant a general statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases (unlike some other jurisdictions).

For customers located in the European Union, and in line with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

In both cases: once production of a personalized product has started, you cannot cancel or return the order, except in case of a defect or an error attributable to us.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make a binding offer. We will confirm acceptance by email. Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is required before production begins.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law applicable to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials on this website are protected by intellectual property rights and remain our property or that of our licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

Subject to the above, our total liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
