Crealt Sarl is the data controller for personal data collected through myweekdaybirth.com. Our service providers (see Section 5) act as data processors on our behalf; they do not decide how or why your data is used.

2. Applicable Law

As a Swiss company, we primarily comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, revised version in force since September 2023). Because we also offer our products to customers in the European Union, we additionally apply the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it is relevant to those customers. Where the two regimes differ, we apply the stricter standard.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who need it to run our store, including:

  • Shopify — e-commerce platform, hosting, and payment processing
  • Printify and/or Printful — print-on-demand production partners; they receive the personalization data needed to print your item (for example, first name and birth date) and your shipping address
  • Judge.me — product review platform
  • Payment service providers processing your order
  • Shipping carriers
  • IT, hosting, and email service providers
  • Professional advisers, where necessary

All processors are bound by data processing agreements requiring them to protect your data.

6. International Transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law (for example, Swiss accounting law generally requires retaining accounting records for 10 years).

9. Children's Data

Our products are often designed as gifts for babies and children, and personalization data (such as a child's first name and birth date) may be provided by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 16. All purchases must be made by an adult.

We use cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies are necessary for the website to function. Non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing) are used only with your consent, which you can manage via our cookie banner.
