Since all products sold on MyWeekDayBirth are custom-made on demand through Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color, or change of mind.
Defective or damaged items If you receive a product that is defective or has a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@myweekdaybirth.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or a full refund at no cost to you.
Lost packages If your order has not arrived, please contact us within one week after the estimated delivery date has passed (30 days for domestic orders, 45 days for international orders). We will investigate and, if applicable, arrange a reprint or refund.
Wrong address We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

EU/EEA customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, except for custom-made or personalized products. Since all our products are made to order, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16c — goods made to the consumer's specifications).
