Personalization

How does personalization work?
Each product features a design tied to your baby's day of birth. Simply enter your baby's first name and birth date at checkout, and we'll add it to your item during production.

Can I preview my personalization before ordering?
You'll see a live preview on the product page as you type. Please double-check spelling and the date before adding to cart — personalized items cannot be corrected once production has started.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?
All our products are made to order through Printify. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships: Standard international shipping takes 5–20 business days, and Express shipping takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international) of the estimated delivery date, contact us at contact@myweekdaybirth.com and we'll investigate.

Sizing & Products

What sizes are available?
Our baby pajamas, bodysuits and accessories are available from Newborn (0–3M) up to 24 months, depending on the product. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.

How should I care for my product?
We recommend washing at 30°C on a gentle cycle, inside out, and avoiding tumble drying to protect the print and keep colors vibrant longer.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?
Since every item is custom-made with your baby's name and birth date, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing, color, or change of mind.

What if my item arrives defective or damaged?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@myweekdaybirth.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free reprint or a full refund.

I'm in the EU — do I have a right of withdrawal?
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16c), made-to-order and personalized products are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, since they're produced specifically for you.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other methods available at checkout via Shopify Payments. All transactions are processed in EUR.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because production starts quickly, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@myweekdaybirth.com if you need to make a change — we can't guarantee it once production has begun.
